What about Online academic advisors? They get a pay cut if they dont enroll 10 students per session when they get hired at a wages that is on a paper and you sign. I cal it a contract. They use the so called compensation plan to take away pay from your paycheck. They shouldn't use the word compensation if you get a lower wage.
